I think its long overdue for this video. To some it may be gospel. Others may deem this as a lunatic that has no clue what he is talking about. How dare he be judgemental!

I’m gonna be honest, I was horrible at recruiting when I was in my SEVERAL MLM companies. I always wanted to know how others were succeeding at network marketing recruiting and I wasn’t.
I didn’t really get the answer until I read a book that literally changed my perspective on this whole industry. That is when I realized that if you want to be good at sponsoring network marketing distributors then don’t try.
I know that may seem confusing to you but I am confident that you will get it later. I was too busy trying to sponsor someone, chasing them down, begging them to join me and things just weren’t happening.
Have you ever felt like that?
Then in late 2006 like I mentioned above I read a book that shook the very foundation of everything that I believed about the network marketing industry.
That is when the transformation began to happen. Over the past 3 years of studying, learning, and sponsoring I have compiled a list of what I know works.

1. Read Magnetic Sponsoring by Mike Dillard.
2. Be a 3% leader.
3. Get good at generating leads or having enough prospects going through your system.
4. Don’t care about the prospect until they prove they are worth your time.
5. Always “appear” busy.
6. Value your time.
7. Be everywhere on the internet that people in your target audience hang out.
8. Turn people away.
9. Provide exceptional value.
While I’m sharing some truth let me dispell a myth. Whether you are in a MLM or Top Tier Direct Sales company, if you ask ANY top earner it does not take you recruiting hundreds of people for you to be successful. It only takes about 10 strong leaders for you to be on easy street for the rest of your life.
Now that you have read my list I hope you understand that you don’t have to TRY to recruit anymore. It’s all about who you are BEING.

frustration Network Marketing Success Tips:How To Get Out of Neutral And Into Drive Now

So you have the best attraction marketing system, you are in the greatest network marketing company, and the products are absolutely amazing. But yet there is still something gnawing at you every night. You think if only the planet and stars can some how line up everything will be alright.

The thought of you having access to the best of everything (technology, systems, leaders, company) continues to take up space in your mind. But you wonder why you still are not seeing success the way you envisioned.

The looks from your spouse don’t help much either. He or she is always thinking when is this “thing” going to pay off. As the frustration, anxiety, and feeling of despair continues to mount up you know something has to give or you will explode.

Take a chill pill and relax. I was in your shoes not that long ago so I understand how you feel. The answer had always been in my face but I failed to realize it.

Read the following statement very carefully because therein lies the solution.

We can always have the conviction that something works or is worthwhile but still don’t take the action.

Read it again. Is it sinking in?

Then ask yourself: Am I going through the motions or am I taking real action?

That hit me like a tons of bricks. Since we are in the network marketing industry we know the lifestyles that are available and what is possible. We are convicted by it. If not we wouldn’t go through what we do. But although that conviction is there that the lifestyle we want is possible, are we doing the things that make A difference or THE difference?

Me personally, I was masquerading as one taking action but I was really going through the motions. What about you? And be truthful with your self.

The good thing is is that you can make a decision, like I did, RIGHT NOW to change your future. You can start taking massive action right now doing the things that make THE difference in your business.

This is a real conversation that as a leader you deserve to have with yourself. It may seem uncomfortable and crazy but it works. As you are authentic with yourself and take the necessary actions to change for the better you will be amazed at how your business changes.

Now you can go to bed and rest in peace tonight. Don’t stress about why you aren’t getting the results in your network marketing business that everyone else is. Know deep within that you solved that problem by being real with yourself.

Feel good about the fact you will no longer go through the motions but will take real action starting now.
