Your first year in network marketing doesn’t have to end with you earning a goose egg. Yet that’s how most newbies end up. They start off in the industry or a new network marketing company with the hopes of going full time rather quickly and then when the money doesn’t come in they quit.
I’m going to reveal to you the reasons why this happens time and time again. For the most part its not your fault. It’s just the business model of network marketing.
Network marketing is not designed for you to make massive immediate income upfront. It’s designed to earn long term residual income over the years.
Did you catch that?

It will save you hours and months of frustration your first year in network marketing.
You may be asking yourself if network marketing is designed that way, then why do people pitching their deal always make it seem like you can earn full time income very fast now?
I remember when I was in traditional network marketing the pitch then was “work hard 3-5 years and you can retire after that.”
Now things have changed. The “pitch” is totally different. It’s about making serious money faster. And it all depends on the company that you are looking it.
Here are a few problems with the “making significant money fast” in your first year in network marketing.
Yes you can make money BUT you it’s highly unlikely that the majority of people can or will earn a full time income.
Those fast start bonuses are a joke to the person that has a full time job and earning at least $4k per month. Not knocking companies at all…it’s just the truth. And people deserve to hear the truth.
Then when you have a conversation with a person that is already full time, sometimes they skate around the fact of what it really takes to earn significant income and go full time.
The people that have done it have either just quit their job and went for the gusto working day and night.
Or they had a few months savings already saved up and lived off that till they started making the 10k per month.
I remember when I quit my job the first time. I was 24, young, ignorant, and running of straight emotions. I was earning roughly around $3k per month from my job. I quit that to do Primerica.
I started out pretty good. I was slinging life insurance all over metro Atlanta. Then I stopped following the business model and began experiencing chagebacks. I remember times when it was really difficult to even close a sale.
Those were tough times. Looking back on it I was glad I experienced it.
And to be honest that wasn’t the last time I quit my job and failed. LOL. That’s one reason why I can speak from experience. I know what works and what doesn’t.
Another reason is because a mentor of mine shared the following statement with me.
In order to make significant money your first year in network marketing you have to have a business model that supports part time people to help them make money fast.
The business model needs to be comprised of 3 extremely important components.
1. Needs to be a simple solution
2. Easy to setup (no leg work or techie stuff required)
3. Puts money into your account fast, instantly
That my friend is how you earn significant money your first year in network marketing.
And that is what I was missing both times I quit my job to do this “thing” full time.
Is it easy? Depends on who you talk to.
Is it simple? You bet your bottom dollar it is.
