Yesterday I was riding in the car listening to some audio training like I normally do and suddenly I was hit with a harsh dose or reality. Let me give you a little background first.
For the past few weeks I’ve felt stagnant in making grounds with securing a building for my church and my income progressing in my business. I asked the Lord to reveal to me where I was missing the boat at because I knew it had to be me and not some outside forces.
So yesterday as I was riding, the speaker made mention that if you ever feel stagnant; stuck in a rut; not progressing in business, income, life, etc, more than likely you are not submitting to your vision. And that was my harsh dose of reality.
I heard of this “submitting to your vision” thing before but I never pondered on it and took it to heart like I did yesterday. I began to meditate on what it meant to submit to my vision.
In society today, whenever we hear the word submit, most people think its a sign of weakness. That’s not always the case. Submission to the right person in marriage is a blessing. Submission to leadership, those placed in charge, brings about blessings when done correctly.
So submitting is not necessarily a sign of weakness. But what does it actually mean to submit to your vision?
Well for me I began to think about my purpose, the reason I was born and placed here on earth. It is to “pastor a group of individuals that will be world changers and bring about God’s kingdom here on earth.”
Now you may not be a religious person (I’m not either) or have the same beliefs that I have…which is fine…but I don’t want you to miss the point.
If I acknowledge that as my vision, that means I’m going to have to display: patience, understanding, meekness, temperance, self control, wisdom, compassion, and love. There are going to be a lot of nights that I don’t get enough rest. Rising up early, going to bed late, dealing with drama and backstabbers, growing leaders, development, and more.
But if I’m to get to that point there are certain things that I must do in order to make sure it happens. For me personally, I MUST get my business to where the masses are duplicating, money is flowing in like crazy, and I have true passive residual income coming in like clock work.
Right now its not there.
The process I have to go through is the marketing, dealing with prospects, putting in the extra work, placing ads, willing to waste money on stuff that doesn’t work so I can find out what does, phone calls, and whatever else I must deal with as an affiliate internet marketer.
Here’s where I WAS NOT submitting completely to my vision.
I know those are the things I must do on a daily basis. Yet at times I would say, “Oh I can do that tomorrow, or I don’t feel like doing it right now, or I’ll just do a little bit now just to say I did it.”
In all actuality…..I was short changing the group of people that I’m to pastor that will be world changers. I was not submitting to my vision.
The reason why I say that is because I have to do A (the marketing, etc) in order to get B (the overflow of passive residual income) to produce C (time to grow my church, work with leaders, and pastor a group of individuals to be world changers.)
If I just try to get B then C without having A in place first, I’m not fully submitting to my vision.
And so I made a conscious decision today that I was going to fully submit to my vision. When I feel like short cutting or giving in to how I feel instead of doing what I know, I’m going to think about those people that are literally waiting on me to fulfill my destiny.
That will help to push me past how I feel and do that which is right.
Wrapping up, this morning I thought of an acronym for myself that will help me stay on track. Not only will I focus on my 30 days goals that I’ve already set in place for this month, but I will follow this acronym.
It is C.C.M.A, which stands for Consistent Correct Massive Action.
As long as I do that DAILY and continue to submit to my vision everything will be all right and it will become increasingly harder to become stagnant and stuck in a rut.
I challenge you to do the same thing. Take inventory of your life, figure out what you vision is, submit to it and not your weak thoughts and finally tale Consistent Correct Massive Action daily.
And I my friend will see you at the top!!
All the best,

P.S. If you want to see how to work with me and how I’m developing a steady stream of truly passive residual income click here.
